April 24, 2023. Due South, an elevated southern restaurant located in Navy Yard, is gearing up to celebrate the annual Run for the Roses (Kentucky Derby!) event on May 6, 2023. Attendees will enjoy premium craft cocktails, bourbon tastings, friendly competitions, a wide variety of Kentucky-style southern delights, and the chance to win Woodford Reserve Bourbon and Derby Day glasses. The first fifty guests will receive Woodford Reserve bourbon balls
Derby Day celebrations kick off at 3:00 PM and is a free, no-reservations-required event. Attendees can show up in festive attire, cheer on their favorite horse, and enjoy mint juleps into the night! The race will be shown on nine large televisions scattered throughout the bar, outdoors in our rosé garden and at Due South Dockside.
